The Art of Anne Katz

 I have lived in Stony Brook Long Island for over forty years. After retiring from work in a biology research laboratory, I began painting. I have studied art at SUNY Stony Brook with Martin Levine, and locally with artists Genia Neuschatz and Elizabeth Greaf.  Watercolor painting is now a central passion in my life. “My paintings focus on the quiet, still places that I love.”
